The evening will be hosted at Yew Tree Inn, Chalvington Lane, Hailsham where we will present awards to players before we celebrate Polegate Grasshopper's 40th year!

During the evening there will be photographers from Select Photo Services, capturing moments when your child receives an award and their team together.
You will have an opportunity to purchase these during the evening.

We will also have entertainment for the children with a DJ, and plenty of food options available for the whole family.

We ask all players to wear smart casual and to limit two guests per player. 

There is camping options available. Contact the venue for more information. 

Please note, only players that were registered with the club in the month of February will receive participation medals. 

We will be asking different age groups to attend at staggered times to prevent waiting around. Please see below:
